This Privacy Policy describes how Atempus, a registered brand operated by FABIANO AUREO BENTO FABRICIO (CNPJ 46.810.223/0001-15), collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information in accordance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Law No. 13.709/2018), as well as international privacy standards such as the GDPR.

1. Scope and Application

This Policy applies to all services and platforms operated under the Atempus brand, including the main website (https://atempus.co) and the Atempus Metrics platform. It aims to ensure transparency in the processing of personal data from visitors, clients, and users, especially in the context of integration with third-party platforms such as LinkedIn.

2. Collection of Personal Data

Atempus collects personal data ethically and proportionally, respecting the purpose of use. The categories of collected data may include: name, email address, IP address, access data, engagement metrics, and publicly available profile information from social networks when the user authorizes integration via APIs (e.g., LinkedIn or Threads).

3. Use of Information

Delivery of consulting and diagnostic services;
Display and analysis of social media metrics (Atempus Metrics);
Communication with the user for support and product improvement;
Compliance with legal and contractual obligations.

4. Integration with Third-Party Platforms

Atempus may integrate with third-party APIs, such as LinkedIn and Threads, to collect and display performance metrics. Such integrations occur only with explicit user authorization, and the obtained data respects the Terms of Use and Privacy Policies of each respective platform. No data is shared with third parties without consent.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Atempus.co website uses cookies to enhance user experience, understand usage patterns, and personalize content. Users may manage cookie preferences directly through their browsers.

6. Data Sharing with Third Parties

Atempus does not sell personal data. Information may only be shared in strictly necessary cases, such as compliance with legal obligations, operational partnerships with technology providers (e.g., hosting and analytics services), or when explicitly authorized by the data subject.

7. Data Storage and Security

Atempus adopts technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. These measures include encryption, access control, and continuous monitoring of the platforms used.

8. Data Subject Rights

Confirmation of the existence of data processing;
Access, correction, or deletion of personal data;
Data portability;
Withdrawal of previously granted consent.

10. Data Retention and Deletion

Personal data will be retained only for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. After this period, the data will be securely deleted or anonymized.

11. Data Portability and DMA Compliance

Atempus operates in compliance with the principles of the Digital Markets Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/1925 – DMA). When integrating with data portability APIs (such as LinkedIn DMA Portability APIs), Atempus ensures that users maintain full control over their data and can disconnect or delete their data at any time.

Terms of Service

Atempus Metrics · Social Media Performance Analytics Platform

By using the Atempus Metrics platform, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms govern the use of the platform, integration with third-party APIs, and your responsibilities as a user.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Atempus Metrics platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Atempus' Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the platform.

2. Service Description

Atempus Metrics is a social media performance analytics platform that allows users to:

Connect their social media accounts (LinkedIn, Threads, among others);
View metrics for engagement, impressions, reach, and other performance indicators;
Track trends and growth patterns over time;
Export reports and data for external analysis.

3. Account Requirements

To use Atempus Metrics, you must:

Have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts;
Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration;
Maintain the security of your access credentials;
Immediately notify Atempus of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Authorization and Integration with Third-Party APIs

By connecting your social media accounts to Atempus Metrics, you:

Expressly authorize Atempus to access and process public and authorized data via API;
Acknowledge that you are subject to the Terms of Use of the third-party platform (e.g., LinkedIn, Threads);
Understand that Atempus is not responsible for changes, limitations, or interruptions in third-party APIs;
Can revoke authorization at any time through the platform settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes;
Attempt to access, interfere with, or damage systems, data, or accounts of other users;
Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform;
Use bots, scrapers, or unauthorized automations;
Violate intellectual property rights of Atempus or third parties;
Resell, sublicense, or transfer your platform access without authorization.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, trademarks, and materials of the Atempus Metrics platform are the exclusive property of Atempus or its licensors. You do not acquire any ownership rights over these elements, except for a limited use license under these Terms.

7. Availability and Modifications

Atempus strives to keep the platform available 24/7 but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform scheduled maintenance, updates, or temporarily suspend the service without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any platform functionality at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Atempus Metrics platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. Atempus is not responsible for:

Data loss, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from platform use;
Accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of displayed metrics and data;
Interruptions, errors, or technical failures in the platform or third-party APIs;
Business decisions made based on platform data.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through the platform settings or by requesting deletion via email. Atempus may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, in case of violation of these Terms or for any other reason, at our sole discretion.

10. Changes to Terms

Atempus may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the platform or by email. Your continued use of the platform after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes will be resolved preferably through direct negotiation or mediation. If necessary, the competent court will be that of São Paulo/SP, waiving any other, however privileged it may be.

Data Deletion Instructions

How to request complete deletion of your data from Atempus Metrics

Atempus respects your right to privacy and control over your personal data. You can request complete deletion of your data at any time by following the instructions below.

1. What will be deleted?

When requesting data deletion, the following items will be permanently removed from our systems:

Registration data: name, email, phone, and profile information;
Integration data: access tokens, permissions, and third-party API authorizations;
Collected metrics: all historical social media performance data;
Settings and preferences: custom dashboards, filters, and saved reports;
Access logs: login records and platform activity (except logs required by legal obligation).

2. How to request deletion

Option 1: Through the platform (recommended)

Log in to Atempus Metrics;
Go to Settings > Account > Privacy and Data;
Click "Delete my account and data";
Confirm your identity (you'll be asked for your email and password);
Read the permanent deletion warning and click "Confirm Deletion";
You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.

Option 2: By email

Send a request to fabiano.fabricio@atempus.co with the subject "Data Deletion Request – Atempus Metrics".

In the email body, include:

Your full name;
Email registered on the platform;
Express confirmation: "I request complete and permanent deletion of all my personal data from the Atempus Metrics platform";
(Optional) Reason for the request (not mandatory, but helps us improve).

3. Processing timeframe

Your request will be processed within up to 15 business days, as provided by LGPD (Art. 18, § 3º). You will receive a confirmation email when the deletion is complete.

4. Data that may be retained

In some cases, Atempus may retain certain data due to legal obligation, fraud prevention, or contract fulfillment. These include:

Tax and accounting records (for up to 5 years, according to Brazilian legislation);
Security and audit logs (anonymized whenever possible);
Data necessary for defense in ongoing judicial or administrative proceedings.

In these cases, the data will be kept in a secure and isolated environment, and deleted as soon as the legal obligation expires.

5. Consequences of deletion

After deleting your data:

You will permanently lose access to the Atempus Metrics platform;
All history of metrics, reports, and settings will be lost irreversibly;
Integrations with third-party APIs (LinkedIn, Threads, etc.) will be disconnected;
You may create a new account in the future, but previous data cannot be recovered.

6. API disconnection without complete deletion

If you only want to disconnect your social media accounts without completely deleting your Atempus account:

Go to Settings > Integrations;
Locate the social network you want to disconnect (e.g., LinkedIn);
Click "Disconnect";
Confirm the action.

Upon disconnection, already collected data will remain on the platform until you request complete deletion. No new data will be collected from that social network after disconnection.

7. Revoke authorization on third-party platforms

To ensure that Atempus no longer has access to your social media accounts, you should also revoke permissions directly in the third-party platform settings:

LinkedIn:

Go to Settings > Data privacy > Permitted services;
Locate "Atempus Metrics" and click "Remove access".

Threads:

Go to Settings > Security > Apps and websites;
Locate "Atempus Metrics" and click "Remove".

8. Data portability before deletion

Before requesting deletion, you have the right to export your data in a structured, machine-readable format:

Go to Settings > Account > Export Data;
Click "Generate export file";
You will receive an email with a download link (JSON or CSV format);
The link will be available for 7 days.

10. Your rights under LGPD

In addition to the right to deletion, you can also exercise the following rights over your personal data:

Information about sharing: know if and with whom your data was shared;
Opposition: object to specific data processing.
